Whilst in Kathmandu the ward was small and sinister and favoured locking in and drugging out the patients completely, Hasan II in morocco favoured a participative mens prison where the alarming outnumbering of patients from all walks of life was... Everyone had to throw their weight around and I saw him angry on one or two occasions throwing orderly punches I wouldnt have wanted to receive, in order to defend the establishment. To start with the environment, I am becoming quite a connoisseur of mental health convalescence facilities worldwide. Aside from the fact that a good analogy of what is happening changes every day, I am comfortable to dissect my problems into four domains: Environment, Self, Medication, and Illness. I thought it might be nice to send an unprovoked email to complement my last slightly defensive communication. Perhaps it would be useful to start with something of my understanding of my illness....
